This large building located in a residential area in Aleppo-Syria was very carefully designed in order to ensure that all functions of the association are well met.

The biggest challenge was the presence of a 300-seat theater occupying the basement and the ground floor, causing the 11-story skewed tower to be without any columns.  

A special structural system made of edge walls and large crossing beams was developed to resolve this problem.  The structure was subjected to Dynamic analysis in 4 directions, using major structural software packages, and all the members were designed with high precision.
