SCC (Lafarge) wanted to undertake detailed design for a Service Building within the boundary fence of its plant at Aleppo – Ein Arab, conforming to international / local standards.

The building is composed of two portions: The residence portion and the restaurant / clinic portion.

The duty of ECGroup through Tourath Co was to provide a complete Tender Package including executional drawings, BOQs, Material Description, Project Specifications for all disciplines: Architectural. Structural, Sanitary, Electrical and HVAC, within a 4-week period.

The package was delivered on time with great Client satisfaction.
