A center to provide medium and small maintenance  services for the passengers coaches of the Syrian Railway Establishment.  The project was a sub-contract with Italferr, who provided the technological part as well as the preliminary study for the plant.

The total built area of the project was 36670 sq.m of maintenance workshops, warehouses, and administrative buildings, distributed on a 12 ha lot,

The wide variety of structural systems, including the interaction between Precast Concrete and Steel Structures gave this project unique engineering obstacles that were all solved with well thought-of decision, which were highly appreciated by the counterpart Italian Engineers.

A complete infrastructure was also studied for the project.  This included Rainwater, Industrial Water and sewerage waiter networks, Electrical networks as well as a complete study of the road system inside the plant
