The Nahas Tower

A 5-star, 18-story hotel building located in the central district of Aleppo-Syria.  This hotel includes 6 underground floors for parking and services, a shopping center floor and an administrative floor surrounding the Main Lobby. 14 floors of bedrooms and a two-story panoramic restaurant placed on top of the hotel providing an excellent observation deck over Aleppo Skyline.

The structural system of the hotel was composed of a combined shear-walls for stair cases and elevator shafts, with moment resisting frames located at the perimeter of the building. 

The structure was analyzed using a major structural software package, and designed according to the regulations of the Syrian Codes.
